I am sorry I am leaving a comment, I can...Hi Gary,

I am sorry I am leaving a comment, I can't find your email. I am writing you in the hopes that you want to participate in an e-book we are writing about ultra runners.

We want to tap into the collective craziness (we mean that as a compliment:-)) of this community to challenge and inspire other non-runners to make their own life an ever-greater creative expression of their own goals and dreams… without limits.

Progress so far: We have currently contacted more than 450 ultra runners and received more than 70 answers.

We would ask you to answer a question about your experience with ultra running. Please note that these questions are related to your mental state and require that you are able to explain quite specifically what is going on mentally when running.

If you'd like to participate please shoot me an email at dreamit@juliossol.com.

Thanks!

All the best,
JannickJKjaerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09224338424894236824noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7201568460327289987.post-18619163370840499252011-07-26T13:54:08.396-07:002011-07-26T13:54:08.396-07:00Hi Gary. Thats an impressive role call of running ...Hi Gary. Thats an impressive role call of running symptoms for your first DNF. Great effort though in light of how your training had been affected in the lead up to the event. Fro your tweets it sounds like you have taken a new approach to your training and rest days, I'm sure this will be the way forward. Time and time again we see running inures in the clinic caused by too much too soon. All the best marathon runners have thousands of miles in their legs before they reach their peak.

Looking forward to your next postAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7201568460327289987.post-75308672073739355162011-07-13T05:13:28.164-07:002011-07-13T05:13:28.164-07:00Nary a blister, thanks!Nary a blister, thanks!GaryUFMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17151581237815711847noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7201568460327289987.post-25453172537465708392011-07-13T04:38:48.697-07:002011-07-13T04:38:48.697-07:00Hope the shoes were okay Gary ;) ?Hope the shoes were okay Gary ;) ?Scott baistowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14755890052726627987noreply@blogger.com
